This is the first mixed development township in Relau District, Penang. The project comprises 2233 units of low and high rise apartments, shops, a school and commercial development covering over 53 acres in the southwest district of Penang. The project was divided into a few phases. Phase 1a & 1b, which consists of 725 units of low rise and high rise condo units, was completed in 1994. The remaining phases were sold to a public listed company, Mechmar Corporation Berhad through a share swap exercise.
With the deal, AM-EL Group became the second largest shareholder of Mechmar Corporation Berhad before selling their interest to Hicom Industries, a company listed on the main board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
