The project was introduced to AM-EL Group by Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB) through their Credit Recovery Department. The project has slipped into a non performing loan (NPL) and was abandoned by the previous developer for more than 10 years.

By year 1999 The Group decided to purchase the abandon project and resume the role of the previous developer "Crystal Prestige Sdn. Bhd". The project was then divided into two phases. Phase 1 comprises a 366-unit condominium block with a standard size of 900 square feet and was targeted at the higher income group at that time. It completed successfully in year 2004 while we manage to recover the outstanding Non Performing Loan (NPL) for MBSB
