Bandar Baru Teluk Kumbar

A joint venture with PERDA (Penang Regional Development Agency) to develop a township in southern Penang, this is a 30-acre mixed development project comprising 472 units of medium cost apartments, 840 units low cost apartments and 59 shop lots.

As part of the project, AM-EL Group contributed 840 units of low cost apartments to the lower income group. The project was completed in 2001.
